We have been given the ALL CLEAR to develop a controlled vocabulary for Ashbury College.
In addition we are creating a work-flow and a manual for their DAM system customized to meet their needs, based on their collection and their long term goals.
This initial project will provide storage, access and distribution capability for their still image collection.
The software we have chosen to work with will ensure a smooth path to a networked solution capable of distributing all manner of media files.
